1. In a frying pan, heat oil on a medium heat. Add the peanuts and stir, allowing them to roast evenly for a minute.

2. Stir in the spices and cook for 1-2 minutes until a fragrant smell ensues.

3. Remove the peanuts from the pan and drain the oil with the use of paper-tissues.

The above-mentioned recipe can be fused with the ingredient with which you want to flavour the peanuts.
